Extra bed will be charged 40% of the double occupancy rate in the cabins, 30% in the chalets and 20% in the suite. Extra beds are not available in the cottages.
A child without an extra bed will be charged 20% of the double occupancy rate, or 10% in the suite.
Children under the age of 6 can stay for free.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. This is refundable up to 2 weeks before arrival, for any reason.
From any refund, we subtract any transaction fees that were levied on what we receive by whichever payment provider and we aim to process the refund as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 days of submission. For larger amounts, it may take a little longer)

The latest check out is at 10:30 am.
We guarantee check-in by the latest 1:30 pm
Despite the timings, we strive to check our guests in as early as possible - it's always dependent on how many guests check out and at what time. With COVID cleaning, we have to take extra time in cleaning the rooms.
